Responsible for day-to-day administration of HR policies, programs and processes covering several or all of the following: full-cycle recruitment, general HR, and employee relations, and completing all the administrative tasks required to support these functions. May be called upon to assist with other projects as assigned.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English and Spanish.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
Ability to develop, improve and streamline processes to meet established goals and objectives.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
Knowledge of local labor laws.
