Overall Purpose of Job:
Supports data analysis and customer requirements to get projects Live.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Software Implementation
• Conduct business analysis, collect, organize, and upload data into the system.
• Provide training and follow-up support helping customers to run live.

Data Analysis & Quality Control
• Assesses the Customer’s requirements, processes, and data to be migrated and managed in Farmforce.
• Configures the data, servers, and users to meet Customer requirements and desired user experience.
• Execute test cases on the Customer’s web and mobile application in alignment with their processes.
• Raise questions around data and configurations to Implementation Lead / Project Manager and discuss resolutions.

Regression Testing
• Execute test cases for web and mobile features in alignment with bug fixes and new releases
• Investigate bugs and coordinate with Customer Success on validating technical defects

Customer Support
• Provide Customers with support on technical and non-technical issues

Experience & Skills:
• with 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant industries: Agriculture, SCM, FMCG, Logistics, Import/Export, IT
• Experience with remote team collaboration
• Good oral and written English.
• Collaborative. Works with other team members to understand requirements and meet deliverables.
• Proactive and resourceful. Takes the initiative to understand the total picture and can determine areas that require more clarity.
• Strong willingness and curiosity to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.
