JOB DUCK IS HIRING A RECRUITER

Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, usually, a law firm.

The recruiter is responsible for coordinating candidate interviews with our leaders, conducting thorough reference and background checks, and administering benchmark tests. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The starting salary is USD 900

Further duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Reviewing the interview recordings.
•Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
•Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
•Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
•Performing background checks and benchmark tests.
•Organizing candidates’ information to present to the hiring manager.
•Following up and sharing feedback notes for interviews performed.
•Ensuring that hiring decisions are made for candidates.
•Sending job offers to selected candidates.
•Following up on open positions weekly.
•Managing and updating spreadsheets daily.
•Constant improvement of the role.

Skills and Qualifications
•At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter, generalist, or in a relevant human resources position.
•Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
•Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken).
•Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
•The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
•Experience with sourcing websites.
•Familiarity with Google Workspace.
•Interpersonal communication.
•Organizational and adaptability skills
•Decision-making skills
•Problem-solving skills.
•Attention to detail.
•Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed(at least 30mb/s).
