The Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing our software development processes and identifying areas for improvement, as well as implementing and monitoring new processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and software quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance and process improvement methodologies in a software development context, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
*Analyze software development processes to identify areas for improvement
*Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and software quality
*Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to software development processes
*Collaborate with software development teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment
*Develop and maintain software development process documentation and training materials
*Monitor and measure software development process performance and recommend improvements
*Conduct software development process audits to ensure compliance with established standards
*Lead software development process improvement initiatives and support project management activities
*Provide training and support to software development team members and stakeholders
*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development process improvement and quality assurance

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
*3+ years of experience in process analysis and quality assurance in a software development context
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma
*Knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and techniques specific to software development
*Strong project management skills and experience leading software development process improvement initiatives
*Ability to work collaboratively with software development teams
*Proficient in software development tools and languages, as well as Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable Skills:
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex software quality issues.
*Experience in software quality assurance processes and methodologies, including test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management.
*Familiarity with testing tools and techniques, including manual and automated testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
*Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
*Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures.
*Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
*Project management skills and experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
