DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: The operations assistant at LSG focuses on targeting all the admin work done by the operations team such as Payroll, ticket creation, forms, and internal work that takes time away from your daily duties which are to manage. As for training, they will work on profiles, list CV requests and updates.
Responsibilities are as follow and not limited to:
Payroll
Onboarding
Introduction to Reporting Protocol
IT Escalations
Performance Evaluation
Updating Internal Records
Review attendance
Assist with HR & SST Requests
Support with the digitalization of Disciplinary Action
Special Requests: Assist with any special requests as needed and support when other departments require the Ops Manager to be involved in their processes and/or projects.
Qualifications
Technologists or professionals who graduated or studying careers related to Logistics, Business Administration, Business, International relations, Industrial engineering
High-detail orientation, Interpersonal Communication Skills, De-Escalation Skills, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Empathy, Process orientation, Teamwork and Collaboration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be in Guatemala
English B2+ or above
