Create and Maintain a steady customer service workflow to ensure great customer satisfaction and timely ticket response.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Control ticket creation and follow up with CS reps.
Carry out plans to meet customer expectations and coordinate with the corresponding areas within Listaso.
Foster relationships with current clients, under the profile of a reliable advisor.
Follow up and ensure the delivery in time and form of the services acquired by the client.
Make the customer experience really positive to increase trust and loyalty.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Suggest improvements in sales processes, service presentations, and offers.
Keep the CRM and customer information updated.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field
At least 1-4 years of experience working in report building and gathering information as assistant manager or a similar position.
1-2 years of experience in customer management/sales of technology services, creativity, or in the digital sector.
Commercial techniques, customer behavior, implementation of sales processes, functions, and workflows.
CRM domain like Salesforce, Zendesk or similar.
Experience making sales projections.
Proficiency in English (C1 level).
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence (90% English level)
