.Employment and Training Officer
This position is vital in order to follow up all subcontractors in order for them to follow all given guidelines related to employment, training and rules related to employment
•Make sure that all contractors employ a minimum of 80% local labor and inform that this is a precondition to work on the site.
•Make sure all employees are hired according to Honduran laws
•Follow up with all subcontractors that duly payment of salaries for all employees are carried out according to contracts and in due time
•Report to PM on a weekly basis on all companies present on site in the project
•Report to PM on a weekly basis on the number of employees present in the project
•Organize and carry out weekly meetings with representatives for all present companies in order to inform about rights and obligations related to employment
•All other tasks assigned by PM
