DESCRIPCION DE LA OFERTA
Description
Support the administrative labor of the Technology Department.

Principal Responsibilities
• Maintains documentation of processes of the IT Department.
• Investigates catalog or contact dealers for price lists and information available on the computers.
• Undertakes national and international purchasing for Call Center and IT Department (computers, Cisco, modems, headsets, badges, etc.).
• Prepares purchase orders and payments for approval by the Director of Technology.
• Ensures that purchasing procedures in keeping the system running the internal quality of the company.
• Ensures supply of technological equipment requested by other departments (mouse, laptops, etc.).
• Maintains file of suppliers with their respective documentation.
• Manages the agenda of the Director of IT
• Takes down the minutes of meetings of IT
• Prepares statistics and staff overtime forms.
• Coordinates the booking of rooms available, and handles the arrangements for meetings and conferences
• Administer petty cash for facilities.
• Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Previous clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent bilingual skills (Spanish and English), including all aspects communication (spoken, read, and written).
• Management of advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Basic knowledge of technical terms
• Attention to detail, dynamic, proactive, multitasking.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work.
