DESCRIPCION DE LA OFERTA
Skills required

• University graduate or advanced student in Systems Engineering preferably, or in Business Administration
• Expert in Excel, specifically in Pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills is a must
• Data Analyst skills are required
• Knowledge in MS Access and Minitab statistical software package is a plus
• Background in IT is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must.


Job Description

This position is responsible for ongoing analysis of among others, incident management and change management obtained from a variety of sources. It involves development and preparation of information. It requires the ability to analyze data from conceptualization through presentation of the data. It requires proficiency with analytical tools ( Excel, Minitab), knowledge of data analysis methodology, use of presentation software, strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service.
