Descripción de la Oferta

Job Responsibilities:
•Gain expertise on every aspect of our products and services in order to recognize and address areas of opportunity and pass on your knowledge and skills to all team members.
•Monitor customer interactions through all avenues – phone, chat, email, social media – for areas of opportunity to ensure the very highest levels of customer satisfaction and performance.
•Ensure all agents are logged into and out of all interfaces at the appropriate times.
•Design and lead team meetings, huddles and interactive feedback sessions.
•Work together with management to ensure consistently high quality customer experiences.
•Be the second tier of customer support to handle more advanced topics and customer issues.
•Handle more advanced topics like groups and custom tours, supervise and lead the team.

Position Requirements:
•Fluent in English and Spanish with high proficiency speaking and writing each language.
•A positive, motivated and ambitious attitude that will lead our team in body and spirit.
•Must be detail-oriented, analytical and organized with experience in customer service.
•Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills and be a self-starter.
•Computer skills and experience with software programs like Microsoft Office.
•Flexible schedules – we are open every day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 365 days a year.
