Job Responsibilities:
•Receive incoming contacts from customers via phone, chat, email and social media.
•Assist customers with questions about our adventures and assist with their bookings.
•Manage chat and phone queues and multitask to ensure timely responses to all guests.
•Work with our travel partners to confirm reservations and notify guests of the details.
•Place outgoing calls and emails to travel partners and customers as necessary.
•Be punctual, flexible and prepared to work together as a team to fulfill our customers’ needs.
•Attend all training sessions and become an expert on our websites, products and services.
Position Requirements:
•Fluent in English and Spanish with high proficiency speaking and writing each language.
•A positive, motivated and personable style that will represent the exciting services we offer.
•Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
•Experience with computers and software programs like Microsoft Windows and Outlook.
•Flexible schedules – we are open every day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 365 days a year.
•Experience in travel, sales, and customer service preferred, but it is what you make of it!
