Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
• General Ledger account Reconciliations
• Bank accounts reconciliations
• General Ledger Journal Entries
• Operational Expense reports preparation and reconciliation with Senior Accountant support.
• ERP (B1 / SAP) maintenance with Senior Accountant collaboration.
• Fixed Assets Control, including depreciation and amortization.
• Prepares information needed for local taxes authorities monthly reports.
• Collaborates with Senior Accountant for Year-end audits and Annual Income Taxes preparation.
• Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
• Daily / weekly reporting to direct supervisor.
Skills and knowledge:
Requirements
• Studying Accounting or with an Accounting Degree.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in accounting environment (Junior Level)
• Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong persistence & deadline-oriented.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Professional work ethic with strong integrity and attendance record.
• Preferably experience with ERP program (SAP R3 & B1) but not mandatory.
• Competency in English (80% minimum is a must) and Spanish language.
