Role Purpose and Scope
An analyst capable of contributing to a team focused on ensuring complex office environments and business processes are running smoothly.

While this role can change from account to account the primary responsibilities usually include supporting and attaining the expected revenue and margin performance on each global XOS utility engagement and consequently the line of business. Analysts drive standardization and consistency across their global XOS utility engagements and foster incremental revenue opportunities.
Major Responsibilities
• Provide asset management support through the ownership and management of different systems.
• Provide support for technical deliverables as part of the Tools Community of Practice
• Update Account Docushare repository, maintaining up to date information regarding account requirements.
• Assist third party providers on SLA achievement.
• Focal point for service level agreement management, KPI’s, reporting and problem resolution
• Understand clients business and there critical business driver.
• Owner of any type of escalation, direct contact with end users and procurement team.
• Advise account teams on device usage, unused devices, stored devices and other opportunities to improve device utilization.
• Identify opportunities to increase effectiveness of meter and alert detection systems and identify networked devices that are not communicating properly.
• Support steady state implementations, regarding order processing, execution, and delivery of devices.
• Create, analyze and recommend to the client next steps to finalize MACD requests.
• Assist in client site optimization.
• Create MBR & QBR decks for account.
• Host client status calls, update client of any pending or completed tasks.
• Accountable for CDD corrections.
• Manage supply stock, from ordering to delivery of supplies at account site.
• Support account teams to cross reference billing files.
• Assist pre-billers with manual meter reads.
• Responsible of Variable Billing of any MACD’s, and any additional line items.
