Summary:
Responsible for providing assistance in executing the daily administrative and clerical operations for the site Recruiting
Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support
- Input into the system all starter information
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Handle all resourcing queries in a proactive, customer focused way
- Conduct background screens and check references, verify previous employment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Excel)
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Have an awareness to equal opportunities

Education:
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)certificate or equivalent in relevant work experience desired.

Work Environment:
- Office environment.
- Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation
