Is responsible for the process design, develop, and analyze the processes that get things done; will be able to improve processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
Contribute to quality control and process improvement throughout the life cycle of a process.
•Minimum of two (2) years in process improvements experience
Qualifications required:
•Project management experience
•Certified in green Belt
•Certified in Black Belt
•Certified in chart runner
•Kaizen
•Lean manufacturing knowledge
•Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
•Ability to effectively communicate.
•Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
•Ability to multitask and to respond quickly and accurately.
•Must be organized and have strong attention to detail.
•Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to make decisions, set priorities, and work as a team.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Essential Functions
•Develop, configure and optimize processes from inception through to start up and certification
•Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
•Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
•Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
•Perform process simulations
•Manage cost and time constraints
•Perform risk assessments
•Implement an input , process and output key measures to improve effectiveness and efficiency
•Provide process documentation and operating instructions
•Set up annual trainings with team members and customer.
•Stablish standard operational procedures necessary to assure the process standardization.
•Provide premier customer service via phone, during visit or interview
•May serve as a subject matter expert in processes, policies, objectives to improve customer satisfaction and Quality management system to ensure that knowledge is maintained.
•Document findings using standard audits protocol.
•Monitor corrective and preventive actions plans
Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
