Payroll Analyst

Position Summary:

•This position is responsible for the administration of the company’s payroll.
•The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the timely delivery of payroll and related customer service, including recordkeeping and reconciliations.
•Provides support to the HR team when required.

Typical duties and tasks for this position will include the following:

•Collects and processes electronic and manual pay data into the payroll system.
•Performs complex clerical duties involved in the preparation and processing of the payrolls.
•Prepares and maintain related payroll records and reports.
•Documents workflow and work procedures.
•Researches and resolves problems, performs scheduled activities and serves as a liaison with internal customers.
•Distribution of payroll reports and information when required.
•Resolves general payroll problems and questions.

Position Requirements:

•Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent experience required.
•Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience processing payroll
•Must have knowledge of commonly used payroll concepts, practices and procedures
