Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate Regional financials and ensure the overall quality of the financial situation for each country and projects in the region
• Execute accounting control, via balance sheet reviews and ensure adherence to IFRS and US GAAP.
• Establish and implement best practices within management information, reporting and controlling across the region.
• Assist with divestment/investment proposal reviews and follow-up on larger investments subsequent to approval.
• Analyze activities and develop and monitor Financial KPIs.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly estimates and quarterly reporting
• Supervise legal structure, insurance coverage and Service Level Agreements.
• Initiate ad-hoc analyses of income and cost control related matters
• Ensure robust internal controls and standardized processes are developed, executed and monitored across the region
• Supervise and drive an effective working capital, treasury and tax management across terminals/depot
• Performs other position related duties as specified by management.
