Training Specialist (or Training Manager)
In this role you will develop a comprehensive onboarding program to cover all our products and systems, as well as facilitate ongoing service and leadership workshops. The successful candidate will be a seasoned trainer, fluent in Spanish and English, with experience in needs assessment, instructional design and facilitation. Reporting to top management, the person in this highly visible role can have a major impact in growing the sales at Ria.
General Description
Responsible and accountable for the development and facilitation of training programs for Ria El Salvador with particular emphasis on service, product and systems training for internal employees.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
• Facilitate quality service workshops
• Facilitate leadership workshops
• Facilitate systems training
• Facilitate product training
• Develop and conduct new hire training
• Work with and coach supervisors to develop their leadership skills
• Develop training curriculum for products and systems
• Update existing training on all Ria products and systems to be specific for El Salvador
• Facilitate training in English and Spanish
• Keep abreast of various delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems necessary for training
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance function to align goals and objectives of the company

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum
Work Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional training role with an emphasis on quality service
• Training experience in a call center environment preferred
