Functions
• Give support to the production user of several platforms and applications supported by the team.
• Make root cause analysis of failures
• Monitoring proper availability and performance for all platforms and applications supported by the team
• Support teams on technical troubleshooting sessions for the platforms/applications
• Interaction with third-party vendors
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering.
• Fluent English written, verbal and reading skills.
• Ability to work in a professional environment, time flexibility, and ability to handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients
• Self-directed, organized and motivated.
• Intermediate\Advance Knowledge on WebLogic Scripting, Apache server, JRockit, LDAP protocol, SQL Server, Oracle, VB Scripting
• Network basic knowledge
• Enterprise Content Management knowledge/expertise, Java/JSP development,ASP.Net/VB.Net is a plus
