Role Description
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is responsible for identifying and executing process improvements through usage of Six Sigma, Lean and other methodologies, for solving problems and driving change across the organization. The role would be responsible for the effective mentorship of GB projects. Black Belts also ensures alignment of Quality initiatives with business priorities and help implement a culture of continuous improvement through "leading by example" and facilitating delivery of business impact/results. Given the nature of the role and the distribution of the teams, the role may require travel and flexibility to support the different initiatives assigned.

Responsibilities:
• Enable a zero-surprise operation by driving adoption of control frameworks (Smart OpEx, Visual Management, Alerts, etc.)
• Lead quality projects for the business, individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per year per corporate guidelines using Lean Six Sigma tools
• Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvement in performance leading to cost reduction/tangible results for the client
• Lead and implement business process management system for new clients
• Drive and Track Quality DNA - training, testing & certification
• Track any other analytics applicable to the function
• Coach and mentor Project Leads and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean: Identify issues and challenges, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified
• Drive a culture of Best practice sharing & monitor implementation

Competencies:
• Very competent in project planning/execution and team facilitation – proven experience in driving high-impact projects in large organizations (not necessarily through LSS)
• Very strong analytical skills and result orientation
• Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities – high energy and self-starter individual
• Facilitative Leadership skills - influencing skills, mentoring and coaching – to be able to drive change in the organization working with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams
• Very good communication skills
• Open to traveling to multiple clientlocations
• Knowledge of Statistical tools/Knowledge of various Quality Systems/Knowledge of Minitab will be a plus
• Experience in several processes managed will be a plus (Contact Center, F&A, Logistics, Doc. Mgmg)
• Experience in any services industry will be a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
