Function:
• Support administrative activities for Leadership
• Coordinate internal meetings and support in managing leadership daily schedule
• Coordinate Monthly Billing with Ops Lds
• Support in logistics for Customer and other VIP visits
• Support team in making travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Knowledge of hardcopy and electronic filing methods to allow for the effective retrieval of requested documentation
• Translation
• Prepare daily consolidated reporting for operations (Overtime, etc.)
• Control office supplies for all project leaders
Requirements
• Currently enrolled on BA studies or confirmed studies on related field on a professional level.
• Excellent communication skills (English/Spanish) both written and spoken.
• Experience in similar position
• Computer literate (MS Office & Windows) Excel, Powerpoint
• Customer service skills
• Highly motivated and innovative
• Teamwork experience
• Time availability
• Good presentation
• Basic Portuguese knowledge as a plus.
• Able to work from home
