In charge of all administrative tasks for all new Learning and Development programs
• In charge of logistics for external training programs or workshops
• Consolidates training metrics
• Implements and coordinates new internal programs to be launched at region level
• Promotes and ensures adherence to the Training best practices
• Creates Monthly calendar for all trainings at site level
• In charge of training new team members in practices and system
• Creates all training interventions in the system and tracks learning hours
• Consolidates and coordinates information about new vendors for internal programs
Requires
2-3 Years of University (BA, Finance and accounting or HR)
Experience in logistics or administrative work
Advanced Excel Level
Excellent Communication Skills
Proactive, Self Starter, high level of energy
Abilitiy to multitask or handle different initiatives at the same time
