Perform the processes associated with o Obtaining quotations as determined by purchasing policies o Managing ad-hoc transactional sourcing activity o Placing orders with vendors through the Oracle P2P application o Managing approval of POs o Monitoring receipt of goods and services o Resolving invoice / PO match holds o Managing catalogue content o Ensuring payment of prompt pay discounts o Managing queries/VTs of customers and suppliers o Guarantee orders’ arrival to supplier o Apply the relevant internal and external policies during the daily processing (i.e.AML, IS, CEMP etc.) • Responsible for continuous process improvement identification and implementation, risk and control self-assessment testing and review, customer escalations and metrics reporting (daily, weekly and monthly) • Establish daily priorities and flow of work so as to ensure that timeliness and quality standards are met • Ensure high-levels of Customer Service and satisfaction in a challenging Shared Services environment • Ensure appropriate controls across the P2P processes are observed and properly evidenced • Maintain service levels to customers, evidenced by KPIs • Support a seamless interface with Accounts Payable. • Liaise with internal & external customers • Assist in audit and compliance efforts for department; including risk review, Self Assessment, COB/business monitoring and documentation of policies and procedures • Any individual joining or working within O&T at Citi will also be expected to be an exemplar of the following Operating Principles and will be assessed and asked to demonstrate evidence against these principles where applicable during the selection process: • Treat everyone with dignity and respect • Create an environment where talent thrives • Act with urgency, courage and conviction • Inspire excellence - be the standard • Be accountable - own the outcome • Be unselfish - empower others • Reward results - promote meritocracy • Act with integrity - do what is right • Collaborate - be a team Leadership – it begins with you
