Description
Develop candidate pipeline using various sourcing channels and conduct prescreening including phone screens and resume review.
•Proactively build candidate pipeline utilizing various sourcing channels, including external jobs boards, social media, internet search, database search, etc
•Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment related events to source candidates and discuss best practice
•Prescreen candidates for clarification or additional information on their resumes
•Review and screen resumes to determine whether candidates meet the qualifications
•Conduct phone screens, summarize results, and make recommendations to recruiters regarding next steps
•Research, recommend, and assist with implementation of innovative sourcing methods and improved processes. Track effectiveness and update as needed.
•Support recruitment activities as needed
•May conduct full life cycle recruitment
