SUMMARY: Responsible for developing, designing and delivering training programs that promote skill and knowledge enhancement to the employee population throughout the organization which incorporates the corporate values, goals and objectives.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement formal training programs for varying levels of employees which may include webinar presentations, on-site trainings, recorded instructional tutorials and presentations. Develop and maintain user guides, tutorials and power point presentations that can be referenced after training. Track and evaluate the training process by monitoring and analyzing course effectiveness. Collaborate and coordinate activities with subject matter experts to deliver training modules. Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs. . Provide administrative support which includes: ordering and maintaining department supplies, outside seminar programs tracking, run reports and keep record of attendance to training sessions, order appropriate training materials, and reserve locations (internal/external) across the organization in multiple locations. Coordinate training vendor relationships by researching and screening potential vendors for needed training including pre-vetting and pre-negotiations.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher. Intermediate proficiency with learning/talent management systems and tools.

• Knowledge of training methodology and the ability to develop and provide technical/operational training to others.
• OTHER: Fully Bilingual English/Spanish
