Descripción de la Oferta

-Bachelors Degree or above in telecommunications, electronics, IT or related fields.
-Good understanding on telecom operator’s operation challenge, special on performance and quality area.
-Good understanding on GSM, UMTS and LTE technologies, prefer to service delivery experience.
-Over 10 years experience on telecom industry, at least 6 years in network optimization, performance management, quality assurance area.
-Customer orientation with excellent understanding of operators business requirements - be able to create true customer value.
-Fluent in written and spoken English, valid for international business travel or working.

Main Responsibilities (Explain the specific responsibilities of the job)

-Be responsible for leading operator’s SQM/CEM requirements and projects.
-Engage customer and customized solution, including deliverables, value proposition, pricing, negotiation, etc.
-Seeking and identify solution leading and opportunity.
-Build customer relationship and credibility.
-Support delivery team understand the sold solution.
