The CRM Administrator will be responsible for Master Data entry, data preparation, ticketing and quality as well as maintaining and updating documentation. The CRM Administrator will work in close cooperation with our client’s local and global teams. The key aspect of the CRM Administrator work is CRM application first level support and administration.

• Update / manage guidelines
Requirements:
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Basic Knowledge of sales and CRM processes in B2B
• Good organizational skills
• Target-oriented, self-dependent and proactive way of work
• Affinity to IT
• Strong EXCEL skills
