General Description
The IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning and successful delivery of the technology requirements for client transitions and acts as the primary point of contact for the technology during all phases of the transition. The IT Project Manger develops and implements the detailed IT project plan for the assigned transitions and aligns it with the overall client transition project plan. Desirable experience with customer interaction.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Management or other relevant fields (preferable)
• Project Management Professional Certification (preferable)
• Green Belt Six Sigma Certification (preferable)
• 2 years experience managing IT Projects in contact centers(preferable)
• IT Project Management
• Telecom Network Design
• Data Network Design
• Server Design and Installation
• Desktop configuration and installation
• IT Testing practices
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Google Docs (preferred)
