Objective
The objective of the position is to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Main responsibilities include analyzing and responding to messages from
customers, resolving problems, conducting research and preparing reports,
identifying account penetration opportunities, and maintaining an ongoing
relationship with customer in certain accounts, following up on customer
requests, tracking shipments. PCA is a primary contact between customer
and sales executives-operations-finance Dept.in order to improve all services
and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Complete High School
University studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistic or International Commerce is a plus
Experience working in a multinational company
Customer Services experience
At least 2 years of experience in sales experience (Logistic experience)
International commerce knowledge (multi-modal transportation)
Schedule: Monday until Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
