Objective
The objective of the position is to obtain new customers for SCS services and
to support the existing ones in order to maintain them into our operations.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and responding to messages from
customers, resolving problems, conducting research and preparing reports,
identifying account penetration opportunities, and maintaining an ongoing
relationship with customers.

Requirements
Complete High School
University studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistic or International Commerce is a plus
Experience working in a multinational company
Customer Services experience
At least 2 years of experience in sales experience (Logistic experience)
International commerce knowledge (multi-modal transportation)

Schedule: Monday until Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
