Requirements:
Understand architecture and platform of VAS, BSS/OSS. Has capability to describe solution and values of VAS, BSS/OSS base on architecture.
Has experiences work in carrier VAS IT or BSS/OSS department, can understand business flow and business scenarios of BSS/OSS
Has capability to understand customer strategy, also has capability to understand VAS&BSS/OSS requirements from carrier and base requirements of customer to prepare VAS,BSS/OSS solution for customer.
Fluent English and stronger learning, communication capability

Responsibilities:
Responsible for SMSC, VMS, WAP etc VAS solution and BSS/OSS solution marketing plan, carrier service analyze, VAS&BSS/OSS business development.
Responsible for communicating with customer and establish relationship with customer to find out VAS,BSS/OSS related opportunities.
Responsible for preparing VAS, BSS/OSS solution base on requirements of carrier and present solution to customer.
Responsible for achieving sales KPI of VAS, BSS/OSS.
