A world class company, making project management for promotional marketing campaigns is looking for:


ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Essential duties and responsibilities: (Include the following, and other duties may be assigned).

Attend requirements of POP material and Display projects of different clients.
Compile vendor estimates and update cost elements of POP and Display in the project management system.
Generating program timelines.
Attend kick off / alignment meeting calls and provide recaps.
Keep all the records and information updated in the customer management system.
Coordinate delivery documents and materials, Logistic activities coordination.
Assist with vendor pos and billing as needed.
Ensure all program information is up to date in the project management system.
Learn existing processes/procedures.
Assist in the establishment and development of new processes/procedures.
Communicate with clients and vendors, as directed.

Extensive knowledge in Display and POP Materials, such as polyethylene, microcorrugated cardboards, printed matter, etc.

Experience with / knowledge of POP material and Display suppliers.

Education and/or experience:

Bachelors in Business, Marketing or Communication a 8.4+ GPA from four-year college or university (emphasis in administration, marketing or management), with a minimum 2-3 years of applicable business or promotion management experience.

Language skills:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical skills:

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

Reasoning ability:

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in microsoft project, outlook, word, powerpoint, and excel. Typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm.
