These positions are part of the epay Infrastructure Engineering organization, and are a full-time, permanent, on-site position. The position works in a collaborative environment to architect, develop, and support complex enterprise solutions.
Aiming to get a Voice engineer a VMWare Administrator and Microsoft/Infrastructure administrator.



Essential Functions
Work with other team members on Wintel Infrastructure projects, including SharePoint, and SQL from Active Directory standpoint.
Maintain and administer Active Directory Servers, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
Installs and deploys Active Directory services, performs system upgrades and patching, makes recommendations for system improvements, and ensures the integrity of the Active Directory in accordance industry best practices
DNS and WINS troubleshooting.
GPO, LOGON SCRIPTS creation/ Implementation and troubleshooting.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot complex problems.
Respond and plan for service outages.
Research and integrate new technologies into existing data center environments.
Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Server and system performance tuning and monitoring.



Required Skills
- Cisco VOIP
o UCCX Scripting, Management
o Cisco UCM version 7 or later experience required
o Understanding of SIP gateway
o CCNA preferred
o Experience with designing and implementing complex, multisite voice deployments



- VMWare
o VMWare Enterprise management
o Backup, snapshots, virtual networking, and storage
o VMware vSphere, HA, DRS, Vmotion, Distributed Switches, and Site Recovery
o VMWare View experience is preferred
o VMWare ESX server management experience is preferred
o Activesync and Blackberry Enterprise Manager experience is preferred
o Citrix server farm administration experience is preferred
o Enterprise antivirus management experience is preferred (Trend products preferred)



- Microsoft
o Active Directory Sites, services, users, computers,
o Group policy
o DNS/DHCP
o System Center
o Windows Server 2008
o Windows 7 support
o Powershell scripting experience is desired



Minimum Education Requirements
Four year degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
